Our team

Six people run the building. They answer the emails, work the door and know where everything is.

Jo Hartley
General manager. Runs the building and the rota. If you have a problem you will end up talking to Jo.
Callum Reeve
Head of door. Calm, fair and impossible to bluff. Callum trains every door team member himself.
Priya Nair
Welfare lead. Priya leads the welfare team and the Ask for Angela scheme, and she knows every first aider by name.
Tess Mallory
Bar manager. Tess writes the drinks list, keeps the water free and runs the fastest bar in Hertfordshire.
Gareth Quill
Sound engineer. Gareth tunes the rooms every week and has opinions about subwoofers that he will share.
Hana Voss
Bookings and events. Hana handles group bookings, private hire and sponsors, and answers email faster than anyone.
